While bought in the first year of the pandemic, this Tarmac SL6 Expert is the last one before Specialized went kinda crazy with the prices. The frame is reasonable stiff, it has the 2019/20 Ultegra Di2 and comes out of the box with Roval C38 wheels. The only modification I did to this bike is swapping the wheels for a pair of 9th Wave Avalons with a 50mm height, which are more aero and even more lightweight. The original wheel set went onto the Diverge.
I like riding the bike a lot. Still kinda feels like the sweet spot of road bike I can properly utilize, without being over- or under equipped.
Biggest achievement with this bike: Doing the Elfstedentocht in one go.
